Rear Bumper Removal 2022 Ford Maverick. No hitch

My neighbor who is not on this form damaged his rear bumper. He has mud flaps installed.

Does anyone have,step by step instructions on how to replace the bumper? Also is there a good video, that shows how to replace the bumper without installing a hitch.
