I'd go with an RPi Zero 2 W. I've been surprised how well it can run some applications. For $15, try it out and see if it will do what you want.

The Zero 2 is a bit more capable if you find the original Zero doesn't quite have enough to run what you need.Pi zero W… got one somewhere lol. It should work. It has data over power as well.
did you measure the current draw?Sad bad news, got a usb-C to usb-C power data cable and the Maverick doesn’t have enough power at dashboard to run pi4, the rear seat plug does but not connected to infotainment system. Project halted.
