Rail Tracking Question.

Hey All, question about the Rail Tracking. I call ford CS and the gave me a tracking number for my rail car as TTGX is this right ? Since I am from Chicago I should be labeled as UP ? Is this a ford CS mistake ? TTGX is saying I am in my truck in in phenix since step 17th ? but like ... It shipped yesterday morning LOL

I wouldn’t read too much into the tracking initiation date, it was probably scheduled to be on the truck on the 17th, but the rail was delayed for whatever reason.

Think of it kind of like when someone prints a UPS label, but they don’t actually ship the item until several days later.

Thanks man I will check it every now and then since when entering my info in the above link they are saying it is in Canada lmfao (Hope not this truck getting a world tour before coming to me LOL)
