Radio keeps switching

When I shut the car off and start it again the radio goes to Nav. Then I have to hit buttons to get it back to audio. Why does it do this ? It used to come on the station that I was on when I shut it off but now it jumps to Nav. HELP

Could be related to the Customer Satisfaction Program 24B47 which is a reprogram to address items such as radio settings resetting in addition to other erroneous behavior.

I got all the updates and everything is fine. The dealer came to my house and it took an hour
