Radio Controls Via the Steering Wheel

I'm just wanting to see if anyone has had any issues with the channel select on the steering wheel not working? I will randomly have no response when attempting to switch channels. It seems to happen more when I'm listening to satellite radio and sometimes it will show im trying to change the channel but there is no response in the screen. The only way to get them to work has been restarting the truck. Any help is appreciated before a visit to the dealership.

I've had this issue sometimes when listening to my music over Bluetooth. I'll hit the skip button on the steering wheel and nothing will happen.

While not a permanent fix, what you can do to reset instead of stopping and shutting the truck off is to press and hold the power and seek-forward buttons on the dash at the same time. It takes maybe 5 secs or so, just hold until the screen goes black. This will reboot the radio.

I'd reset the radio system then if it keeps happening go to dealer. My buttons have worked fine for 2 years- FM, bluetooth, Android auto.

I get this on my 2025 sometimes with Android Auto. The forward/back buttons and/or pause (mute) button won't work on Spotify. I guess I assumed it was an AA issue but maybe not.

I notice it seems to happen when i have a favorite song or artist pop up on satellite. Once i switch to that station or deny the controls stop working. What is strange is on the top of the main screen it registers the button input but that station wont change. All other buttons function as normal when this occurs also.
