Question on recall 24S27/24V293 and or 24C01/24V140

I just had these done at the dealership along with an oil change. They had some issues loading the updates but the got them loaded.


Here is my question / issue. The mpg numbers are now off. I had about 150 miles left on the tank when I went in (1/4) tank left. I noticed driving home the readout was 75 miles left. I went a head and filled up. And the range is reading 333 miles to empty which is ruffly half of my range.

Will this correct it's self. Does the truck need to relearn it's range?

Yes, it will correct itself once the truck relearns your driving style. Others have reported the same concern and reported back that MPG improved again over time.

yes it will reset. mine did the same thing almost exactly to the mileage ratings... it reset after about 100 miles of driving. was actually kind of fun watching the MPG and MTE go up as I was driving...

Thank you - yes it does seem to be correcting. I should have remembered that the range expanded greatly after I took inational delivery
