Question about Tailgate emblem on Maverick.

Can anyone confirm that the Ford emblem on the tailgate is one piece or does the top part where the Ford emblem is separate from the bottom part? It looks to be one solid piece but I'd like to remove the top part and replace with a different color emblem.

Good idea I may do that if I can not get this to work. I basically removed the backing leaving me with a metal shell. I'm going to put some 3M tape and stick it on that way. I'm also going to order some vinyl overlay just in case it doesn't hold

I like it a lot. Very professional.
I just don't know if I'd go through the trouble to do it. I suck at at arts and crafts, electrical woodworking, etc.
As a kid I wanted model airplanes but I never wanted the flat boxes that they came in.

Wasn't really too much trouble just prying it apart and removing the glue. Took about 15 minutes
