Hello everyone, this is for anyone who bought the silvers coilovers with stock springs, with the 8k and 6k set up. I'm looking for some feedback on them. I'm aware that the swift spring upgrade is the the best selection. I'm trying to keep the cost down as much as I can. Thanks

First - I think you have nailed the ride height and wheel tire combo for the balance needed for driving daily, nice job! I have been looking at the conversations on various chats about lowing options. Did you install the 8k and 6k coil set up from Silvers? Did you experience any nosies, rubbing , etc with the lowing and wheel and tire combo? My wife is the primary driver for our Maverick and want to avoid any issues with noise, rubbing, etc.

My pictures on here are with the lowering springs, not the coilovers. I did install the Silvers coilovers, but I went with the 9k 7k. I haven't put the wheels back on yet because of the cold weather is still here. But yes there are some noise with them. I need to tinker with them soon.
But as for rubbing, there is none with factory wheels. I will put some pictures on soon.

I appreciate the quick response. I apologize if you have answered this elsewhere, but did you have any issues or concerns with the lowering springs that made you want to switch to coil overs? I too have been hearing complaints about the springs making noise, etc. , that was making me consider the coil overs

No problem. My noises are from the coilovers not the lowering springs. I like being 1"+ lower. Looks better. I have H&R lowering springs. I heard the old version of the Eibach's making noises. I think the have fixed that issue.
