F-150 vs. Lightning, many variables but an optioned out F-150 weighs only 400 pounds less than a Lightning, so again, 100 pounds per tire.

Millions of comparisons can be made. But generally speaking, its not enough weight difference to be of significance.

Weight per tire not really relevant to ground pressure; there is an easy proxy for ground pressure for any given vehicle - the pressure in the tire. If your car is set at 35psi you're about 35 pounds per square inch ground pressure on the road surface. EVs usually run about the same pressure as all other passenger cars, there's no measurable difference on road pressure or wear.
