Can you replace the stock rear view mirror with a programmable one on a 2023 Lariat Hybrid 2wd?

Assuming you are referring to to an auto dim or Homelink type mirror, there is no plug and play harness to connect to. However, many owners have successfully installed them by tapping into existing wires that are there.
