Power passenger seat

Has anyone updated their Mav with power passenger seat? My wife loves to recline her seat and snooze on long trips. It’s hard to bring manual back up into upright position without stopping and getting out of the seat.

From my research it might be possible to swap an Escape power passenger, or 4 door Bronco with leather seats in. I am not exploring a power passenger seat.
