possible mymavmodule problem

My mymavmodule has been working ok since mid August this year. The last few days it hasn't always been switching to ECO like it should. 4 starts today, 1st one stayed in normal. 2nd one went to tow/haul mode. Next 2 starts did go to ECO.
I sent an email to digsatcom (the seller) to see if he has any idea why? I did get a Deep Sleep Mode alert on Fordpass. Could be the problem.
Anyone have a similar problem?

Start the vehicle and wait awhile before placing in gear.

Start the vehicle and wait awhile before placing in gear.

I usually do wait a bit before putting it in gear. I wait for my phone to connect so I can select a podcast to listen to. I don't like to futz with the radio while I'm driving.
