This mirror was going for $20 when it started and when I got one. It was a very easy add on as it sits right where the current rearview mirror is and only requires connecting three wires up to the map lights. The connections were even included with the mirror, and it is the same gentex mirror used in other fords, so it looks factory when done. They are going for $70 now, but not having the annoying clip-on garage door opener for me was a no-brainer. I have since really appreciated the auto-dimming as well. This mirror goes for like $300 if you order it from gentex. I was actually surprised that this wasn't an option to start with when I ordered my Maverick.

That's interesting... I have the BAP and am doing the opposite with my wheels.... I'm having them painted carbonate grey metallic (like the XLT 17" wheels) and am exposing all of the aluminum on the machined surfaces (like what was done on the 1st edition 18" alloys)... So they will look like the first edition 18" alloys but with a Carbonate Grey Metallic background instead of the gloss black. I'm not a fan of the solid matte black BAP wheels. LOL... I thought they might grow on me, but nope...

I wanted the BAP, but figured I'd save a little bread by doing it myself. Powder coating was only $500 bucks for the wheels, and black emblems and grill about $150 (with the grill being the most expensive), Zepped the taillights for $15 bucks. Can't get the guts of the headlights blacked out, but I can live with it.
Would love to see your wheels after you get them painted! I know it'll look great.

I took the grill to a shop that wraps vehicles, and they painted it for me for $150.

It does fit, it said that when I bought it. If you look at the reviews there's someone else that installed on their hybrid Mav, so I took a chance. It works just fine.
