Phantom noises

My wife went shopping and I decided to take a nap in my truck. During my half hour nap there were several phantom noises emanating from the truck. Any ideas as what’s going on?

My wife went shopping and I decided to take a nap in my truck. During my half hour nap there were several phantom noises emanating from the truck. Any ideas as what’s going on?

This is normal in modern vehicles. The longer the vehicle is off the more systems shut down, the amount of time depends on too many factors to say what's happening when. By default the internal USB and power ports will stay hot for 90 minutes for example.

Relays clicking. Computers shutting down systems & checking status of things on the vehicle. Normal.
