Parking Brake Uncomanded Application

This has happened twice.

Conditions:
Auto start - On
Brake Assist - On

When I approach a light and I'm almost at a complete stop or just barely stopped but the light changes and I press on the accelerator, the parking brake applies and the engine shuts off.

Is this happening to anyone else?

It is one counter-measure to prevent people from getting out of a car not in Park.

I haven't had anything like that so far with my near stop and go situations. But I do turn off Auto Start Stop every single time.
