So after watching this video:
I pulled the trigger on this bed extender. It's actually cheaper to order it from Amazon.com, pay for shipping and duties than the same item costs from Amazon.ca! I have the drop in bedliner so it was a little difficult drilling through it to mount the thing that the bed extender hinges on. It comes with a guide so you can kind of figure out where to drill, which made things easier. You definitely will need a pair of long needle nose pliers to get into behind the back lights area.
Overall, very happy with it, used it a few times and really dig how it's more square shaped than the one from Ford (which is narrow & more triangular & wastes space).
