The order I placed on February 12, 2024 has shipped! Since it has to go all the way to Canada, I’m guessing it will take longer than those of you in the U.S. the estimated delivery date is May, 13-22.

We really weren’t expecting it to be so soon, and feel pretty lucky.

You may be surprised. Mine took 15 days to get from Mexico to Halifax. If it's going by rail, once it clears St. Louis and Chicago it should be clear sailing. Once it's off the train, there may be a holdup getting it to the dealer.

is there a way to track it while it’s being shipped? I tried using ford.ca‘s chat feature but they said they were not able to do anything.

You need to get the railcar number in order to track. You should be able to get it from your dealer. It should be a TTGX number. Then:

1. Call CSX: 1-800-235-2352
If a real person answers, HANG UP!

2. The first voice prompt: enter 1#.
(for location)

3. Enter Letter code. TTGX becomes

81814192#

4. Then enter the number part of your rail car ID.

820094# (example)

5. At the next voice prompt enter ## (same as saying "done")

Listen for the location information.

When done, hang up.
