Order processing?

Just called Ford chat. Not sure what I did but I lost the chat box so working from memory here but the CSR said something to the effect my Maverick is getting ready for the order to be processed. Does this make any sense?

Maybe I should just do the chat again. LOL.

mine did the same. Order processing until it was pulled for production.
