Ontario, best gas points/rewards for car washes these days?

Hi folks,

Just wondering what the best way to earn car washes with gas is at the moment. Back when Crappy Tire gave a decent bonus it could buy you them, I guess maybe you have to have their credit card now. Then Petro Canada had a good scheme for a bit, then they changed it up and I said "screw 'em" that was a decade or so back though so IDK if it improved again.

I think that the previous responses ( LOL ) indicate the numbers of gas rewards that are available here. There used to be gas stations with attached car washes that would give a slightly discounted car wash with a fillup, but I haven't seen any of those in years. Costco will give 2% back with the executive membership.

P.S. If you see a cyber orange Maverick with Toronto Maple Leaf license plates cruising the backroads of Niagara wave. I usually take a Sunday afternoon drive (Monday - Friday) a couple of times a year. Cherry season, very soon or peach season in August.

Yeah gas rewards have been sucktastic lately. Wifey is on about getting the Costco Mastercard to earn rebates, so maybe will be doing that.

ETA: Car wash prices seem to have gone stupid too, $15, no no I wasn't expecting you to pour a dozen litres of gas over it, water will do fine.

Just got "junk mail" from CAA, Shell is doing 10% off a carwash and 3c/litre off with CAA card. So I guess a buck or so off per tank towards your wash plus the 10%.

I noticed previously though that Shell holds their gas price up a bit vs competition around here so might not be such a deal. IDK their wash pricing, so gotta check that.
