Officially a Maverick Owner Now

I have officially taken ownership of my Maverick. I went looking for one back in July and all the dealer had on the lot was EcoBoost Lariats. I really wanted a hybrid and preferred an XLT, I just didn't see the need for the extra expense.

I test drove one, but told him I really wanted a hybrid. He told me someone had ordered one but ended up taking a Lariat off the lot because they couldn't wait until the expected October delivery date. HPR Hybrid XLT w/Lux package. It also had the BAP and CoPilot360, which I didn't really want but it wasn't a deal breaker and still fit my budget.

It was delivered yesterday. They prepped it today and my wife and I went to pick it up. I drove to town and took my mom for a ride since she has been waiting for me to get a truck to help her haul some stuff. Put about 50 miles on it and I loved every minute of it. Watching the gas milage climb the whole time has been fun. It gets about 20 mpg better than the Edge I traded in, and it's still climbing.
