After waiting for 50 weeks, my dealer called and said my truck had been balanced out? In other words, I'm screwed. I can get a reorder with priority, but I'm so pissed at Ford right now, they can probably keep their truck.

I would have already bought something else by now - the only reason I have my XLT Hybrid is the dealer didn't cancel the order back in November last year and Ford went ahead and built it. I had cancelled my order because they couldn't give a time frame for delivery back when the parts availability issue was in full swing - then out of the blue in May the dealer called and said "hey your truck is here if you still want it"

I had forgotten all about the truck by then but jumped on it when they called

On a side note I do love the truck!

That sucks. Ford really should have made a point of prioritizing first editions.

Maybe your dealer never completed the COVP properly?
Seen that too many times.
Which would make it the dealer’s fault.
But sucks either way.
