No voice activated outgoing calls

2023 XLT EB and until a week or so ago I was able to make voice activated outgoing phone calls. Now all of a sudden it just keeps asking "who would you like to call?" I've done a soft reset, restarted my phone, checked all my setting both truck and phone. I use an AAWireless dongle but have tried a direct cable also with the same results. I've downgraded my wireless software and looked at Android Auto. Anyone experience this and how did you fix it? Thanks

Try this: In the phone's main Settings> Apps>
All Apps list,

• Find AA> Permissions. Remove all permissions.
• Go to AA Storage & Cache and delete app storage & app cache.
• Force stop the app, then reboot the phone and reconnect it to the Maverick.
• It should walk you through setup again.
