My wife had a dog at 55 miles an hour and it knocked off the bumper and crashed the radiator. I have been waiting for one part for two months and the likelihood of it coming October 10 is slim to none. My insurance covered a rental for one month now I’m making a truck payment and I’m running a car. Does anyone know how to resolve this? My dealer is looking into getting me a loaner but not promising anything. In Hawaii the dealerships here Don’t even work on their own cars or trucks. Does anybody know about a class action lawsuit because I’m ready to join. Thanks for listening

A class action lawsuit for what, exactly? This is the way you tell me you know nothing about the law without saying you know nothing about the law.

Your rental car issue is between you and your insurance company, it has nothing to do with Ford. And the dealer not doing its own collision work is really common. Sometimes they have collision centers, but most don’t.
