Hi Stuart, I can't find the hole that you're referring to. I looked inside the wheel arch on the rear wheel drivers side and don't see anything.

I believe @wax87 meant look behind the wheel well, aft of the mud flap and forward of the bumper!

There is a large chasm where you can see all the way into the area over the wheel well and between the inner bed wall and the outer skin of the truck.

The idea is to block that area from filling up with debris, salt, sand, mud, what ever you have in your area being flung up by your tire.

Many have purchased a plate kit that is available that you can bolt into place...ensure you order one for the right year of your truck.

Look behind the driver side rear wheel, why is that open, I have no idea but that was one of the 1st things I did is make a cover for that area
I found them now. will get those covered up. Thanks
