Hi to All, I'm a new 2024 Maverick Lariat, AWD, Terrain with Desert Brown trim. Only extra package it came with was a 4K Towing Package. I owned 3 Ridgelines prior 2006,2012,201`8. Last two were somewhat troublesome. Also all Ridgelines since 2012 look the same. Next major upgrade is 3-4 years from now. I got tired of eating toast with cheese every day (all Gray or dark Silver) for last 18 years. I already ordered and started receiving over $2500.00 worth of accessories from this clubs sponsors-some are still back ordered. I will post my lifetime Ford buying experience from my area Ford dealership within couple of day's. Once accessories are installed, I will shoot some pictures and provide you with my observations about quality and fit of those accessories. I had the Maverick for almost 2 weeks now, I like the size, ride, standard options and my dealer. Deacon

Hello and welcome to MTC. Congratulations with your new Maverick. Thanks for the positive feedback. Just wished you would have posted pictures then added more as you added accessories or mods to the Maverick, again congratulations.

Thanks Hunters Edge.
Was unable to take pictures. I live right at the border of Ill. and Wis. We are getting hit today and next couple days with freezing rain, snow and floods. Pictures will have to wait just a bit.
Again Thanks

That’s alright. You are invited to come to the Gulf Coast of Alabama and enjoy our spring weather. I’ll take pics for you. 😎😎😎 I hope you enjoy your new Maverick as much as I do mine

Know that coastal areas well. God's country. Worked in Huntsville and Greenville SC. for 8 years, visited coast often. Well its time for me to go outside and shovel snow.

Huntsville is a growing area. Lived 45 minutes north in Tennessee for 60 years. But I like the weather here better.

Hey, Alabama
Small world, I was working in Charlotte, my wife would drive down from Chicago several times per year. She fell in love with little town in Tennessee. Jefferson City on Cherokee Reservoir. We purchased a 1 acre to build a home near Black Oak Rd. Unfortunately when I was in Sweden on business trip while she was sleeping, she developed brain aneurysm and never woke up. I sold the land 2 years ago.
We were trying to go to a warmer climate from Northern Ill and Southern Wisconsin.
I guess what is cold to one may not be same for another.

You probably saw where Hunters Edge and CurtisB were giving me the business for not posting pictures. I will post pictures tonight on the
My Maverick and first Ford Buying Experience
I am very sorry to hear the sad story of your wife. I’m sure you miss her dearly. But you probably couldn’t pick a prettier place to live, in my opinion, than the middle and east of Tennessee. If it wasn’t so cold there in the winter, I probably would still live there. Well the temperature and the high taxes. Have many safe and happy rides in your Mav.
