New 2023 Maverick XLT with Ford Co-Pilot 360 Not Working ?

No further access on the steering wheel menu, tried several times. I'm done for tonite.
Under the FUNCTIONAL the sheet does list Pre-Collision Assist W/AEB ?
I'll give the salesman a call Monday. I am curious about the option I paid $ 650.00 for.

You keep referring to ‘the option you paid for” and options you are ‘supposed to have and paid for’ yet in post #5 you confirmed your steering wheel vibrates and alerts when you cross a traffic line w/o your turn signal on, and your exterior mirrors alert with the LEDs when there is another vehicle next to you. Those are both part of CP360 so you have what you paid for.

Following the directions I posted in #9 above, once you get into the ‘driver assist” window, pressing the “menu” button will allow enabling/disabling/tuning the CP360 functions. I just verified on my ‘23 XLT Lux CP360 truck (no CP360 Assist), and actually checked that everything you questioned in your post #5 is present, selectable, and tunable.

I found, the button on the turn signal stalk tonite per your post but have not turned it on yet, but I will. I am familiar with the mirror indications as my 2015 Edge has them also.
No joy with the steering wheel menu display or functions.

I ordered CP360 on my XL, mainly to get power mirrors and and (an almost) full-sized spare. Mine has the items listed in Post # 5, above.

OP: Your dealer should've shown you these safety features and how to access & configure them to your liking.

Some of these features don’t show up all the time. For example the accident avoidance or whatever they call it only comes on in specific situations. Crosstraffic, I’ve only seen happen when in reverse.

OP needs to show photos of his screens as clearly there’s some miscommunication going on.

Everything the OP wants in his post #5 is present in the 'driver assist' window on a '23 XLT Lux CP360 truck. He's asked to see it all on a screen, it's all present on that screen, it's selectable for 'on' or 'off', and the sensitivity is tunable in many cases...
