Has anyone had the problem of them nav system disappearing after the middle screen messed up

Have not had any issue with mine, have to tried a Reset with the power and skip forward buttons - pretty sure those are the ones - check the manual.

Yes,I also call ford and they had me rest and reboot everything and still the nav option did not return, so they said I needed to take it to the dealership

It happen when the center monitor froze up and I had to cut the vehicle off and let it set a few hrs to reset
