So I picked up my new 2025 XLT hybrid AWD last Friday and so far, so good, except for one thing. I am not able to use navigation through voice commands. Android auto is functioning properly, I have enabled Alexa through Amazon, I have activated Ford's premium connectivity. When I hit the voice button on the steering wheel and say "take me to so and so", it says "navigation not available". If I say "google, navigate to whatever, it say's "navigation not available", same goes for when I say "Alexa", the same old reply. The navigation map is showing on the screen and functions perfectly, If I manually hit an existing route on the screen, it works perfectly. This function worked great on my 23 Maverick XLT with it's Sync minus system, but will not work on my 25 with it's Sync 4 system. I tried the dealer and they couldn't help, I've looked up and down on google, not luck. I've searched the manual, nada. Anyone have a solution ?

Try holding down the voice button on the steering wheel before saying your command. That will make the command go directly through Android Auto (google). If you just press the button then it goes through Ford.

No guarantees but this might bypass the navigation issue if it's on the Ford side of things. Good luck!
