Theoretically, you should be able to go to any dealer and ask for a VIN history.Anyone know how to get the rail car if the dealer is not helpful??
Thanks for checking. Looks like I’m about halfway between the IL stop so I’ll just assume 5 days.I don't have any info on actual stops in OK, but it took 10 days to go from the factory to Illinois.
Actually, looks like I’m about 2/3 of the way to the IL stop so I’ll go with 7 days. Thanks for checking. Looks like I’m about halfway between the IL stop so I’ll just assume 5 days.![]()
Least it was headed in your direction most of the time. I've heard worse tales. LolUsing the VIN history, I've been tracking my Maverick's progress from Mexico. This is the route if you were driving, but it's close enough for me.. It was shipped on 10/20 and took 10 days to make it to Illinois (Keep in mind, that I live in SC..) From there, it traveled down south as far as Atlanta and then east. Currently, it was unloaded from the railcar on Saturday and I was told it could take 2 days or 2 weeks to make the rest of the trip to the dealer (~100mi). I just thought it was interesting enough to share with you fine people..
