I think a picture from a little further back would be great. A better angle of view.Thought I would share a picture of my adapted rack. Bought off ebay and cut the top and bottom off and welded 2.5" 3/16 angle on as a base.

Hope you plugged the top of the pipe, I should have a great whistle at 60 mph that changes pitch as it fills with water.
