Thanks for the input everyone. The tires were replaced around 30k, and all was fine for the next 15k. It's only around the last 5k or so that I've noticed the mpg drop. I do need to replace my air filter, mine isn't dirty, but I'll do that anyways. Probably warranted with the sand and such down here. As for oil, it's been changed at the dealer everytime, so it's the whatever the Ford spec is, not full synthetic. They do want me to come back around 60k for the system flush and injection system cleaning, etc... Of course at the $1k price tag for everything, that buys a lot of gas! Maybe just run a couple of tanks with the high mileage injector cleaner for my next few trips and see if that has an effect!

I just ran a tank of gas with liqui moly dijectron and it seems to have had an effect on the performance. Truck has more pep on the acceleration and I've gained about 1 mpg. The MPG is almost back to where it was when it was new up to about 10 - 15k miles. I am going to run another can on the next tank of gas then use it at each oil change which is for me ~5000 miles. Carbon buildup was definitely an issue at ~35k for me and mostly will be an issue at 50k for most everyone with a 2.0L ecoboost regardless of how they drive.
