I ordered a Maverick truck and I paid MSRP.
Today I decided, my wife needs a new car. She has been driving her old car for a long time and now that she is retired, she needs a new car.
I decided to buy her a New Ford. The first dealer I called said today is the last day to order a 2022 for this model car. He said there will be no deposit, I can order over the phone, and all I need to do was send a copy of my license to the dealer I did just that. Several minutes later I received an email with the car I ordered and a hand written note saying, We will honor the MSRP, with no signature.
Two hours later, I received an email from Ford, congratulating me on ordering my new car.
The process went so well and took less than 20 minutes. My only concern is the hand written note on the order with no signature that states, We will honor the MSRP. I just hope when the vehicle arrives, I pay MSRP. I will be going to the dealer to verify this.
