Moonroof for tall bois?

Hey all, I've got an order in for a MY 23 Lariat Lux, and I'm really wrestling with the idea of adding a moonroof to my order. On the one hand, I live in a mountain state, so I'd love the visibility that having a moonroof would give me while driving through the mountains. On the other hand, I'm 6'2" and several of my friends are taller (as tall at 6'6"), and I know the the moonroof lowers the headroom by more than an inch.

For people with experience, is headroom an issue? Do the front seats go lower, enough to make this a non-issue?

My son is just over 6' (plus a couple of inches of hair) and with the seat in the highest position there's lots of clearance. Must be a couple of inches in vertical travel on the seat height adjustment as well.
