They won't sell it. My buddy is a salesman there. And I offered to buy it untill my order comes in. But they won't sell it. They are using it to bring people in.

Maybe they changed their mind but that that was the story that I received 2 weeks ago

But go in a drive it. It's a base XLT if I recall. Definitely no lux

Same here. Mine is x-plan. So that helps. But supply and demand....if you get your hands on a hybrid you can set your own price.

I'm just pissed that a dealer got on build before a customer

I'm hearing that the 2023 are already 1500 more on the sticker. So ford's sub 30k truck will only be for us Early adopters

I was there inquiring as well, aboot a month ago now, was told as its a demo they won't sell it untill they get another to show off as a demo. The sales person i talked to also told me there was a list of ppl signed up to buy it once it was ever available going into the double digits.

buuuut, if u wanna test drive a hybrid, go to mohawk, if u wanna test drive the awd ecoboost go to eastgate. Eastgate has the same thing, a demo out front, theirs is a black lariat fx4 pkg. Cant miss it, covered in viynl decals announcing it as the all new maverick etc.

I was just there yesterday, placed my "order" for an ox-white 2.0t awd XLT, and test drove their maverick. Coming from the sports car world with handling and auto-x/tail of the dragon trips as the main focus I was extremely impressed with the cornering capability of the maverick in stock form. I now have so many more plans lmao
