Only setting I lost was the MyView was not on Coach.
No other settings changed either on radio as I was half expecting, or elsewhere that I wasn't expecting, but checked since MyView was different.

I have both seat belt warnings & double honk on leaving cabin disabled, added speed sign recognition & lane assist & everything still works fine after the recall.

AFAIK, that's been the case with 22-24 MYs in the past. If not, perhaps Ford has changed the sw update process.

The recall affects the ACM (audio control module). It is possible that some other updates may be required as well. The recall instructions don't specifically say that, but I know we have found that to be the case for other recalls/updates.
