Mobile phone charging speed? Normal, fast or super fast?

So I've got a Samsung S21. My previous phone was an S10 and before that I had an S7. Each had a bump up in charging speed, from the normal rate for a USB/microUSB(or whatever) to a USB/USB-C (fast charging) to my latest phone with it's "super fast" charging when using the 25W wall charger (USB-C/USB-C cord).

Will the Mav's USB-C ports give a "fast" or better charging speed for newer phones?

I've ordered a Lariat Hybrid w/Lux so it will have the standard outlet in the back if I want to use a wall charger to get the "super fast" charging, but I wondered if anyone had determined what charge rate the Mav will do when using the vehicle's USB-C ports.

Based on some other experience, if the Mav's port won't charge using the USB-C port to the "fast" level, then my phone most likely will lose battery power even if plugged in, albeit probably slower than if not plugged in. That's what happens when using either my 2012 Highlander's USB port or an older (3+ years) adapter for the 12V outlet. I have to use a Samsung 12V adapter that I got for my S10 to get a respectable/useful charging speed. It will charge my new phone in the 'fast' mode, but not the 'super fast' mode, which is fine.

The Samsung S21 is a 25W device, and I can almost guarantee the Maverick doesn't push that hard. My Pixel 6 is a 21W device and I can tell you I am not getting max charge when plugged in.

Granted, I am using the USB-A port, but I strongly doubt the C is getting a different wattage.

Same phone here. If it doesnt get into at least 'fast' charging, then its not even worth plugging in lol

According to the Ampere app, my Lariat charges my LG V60 out of the USB-C port about 1000 mA-h average, USB-A seems be slightly higher, around 1,200 mA-h. I have seen them shoot up to 1,800. But it doesn't average there. The Lariat wireless charging pad, about 600-800 mA-h.

I think above 1 amp is considered "fast charging."

I also have an S21. Since my current 2017 Prius charges it super fast (USB A to USB C), I fully expect the Maverick USB C to USB C to be more than sufficient for our phones.

I have a 3-year-old OnePlus 9, it has 65w wired charging. I don't even bother to plug it in in the Maverick unless I have my OnePlus charger that came with the phone, on longer trips, using the 110 outlet in the back.

Not sure why iPhones, Pixels, and Samsungs are still so slow at charging. I think the fastest they have is the S24 Ultra at 45w.
The newer OnePlus 12 and 13 have 100w wired and 50w wireless charging.
