Nice idea. In my last maverick I had purchased a frameless mirror that had slightly longer shaft and it seemed like the ball joints had good bit more flex range and it was a noticeable difference in how much higher it would get up out of the way. I need to get around to getting the dash cam and mirror installed in the new mav one of these days.

Cool Zacatac. I'm not too concerned about moving it closer to my face. I would like a larger rearview mirror. Where did you get yours?

This must be a problem for super tall people. I’ve ever had a rear view issue with any car I’ve ever driven and I’m over 6 ft.

Love this!!! I hate how my mirror is way too low. Even after I got an extender, still blocks a lot of front view. This would easily solve it!

I like this, I tried making something similar, it did remove the blind spot, but the mirror shook like crazy over every road imperfection, does this homemade one shake or is it stable?
