Minor annoyance - can't pull the wipers back to clean the whole wind shield

Went to clean my windshield and noticed that you can't pull the wipers
back to clean the whole wind shield. Also I usually change the blades
in the fall for the winter. Owned 5 pickups and various cars and never
had that problem. Have to run the wipers to get them up on the wind shield.
Yes I know its a Minor thing.

It’s been covered. Lazy way: just rotate them up.
Unlazy way: there’s a sequence of key on and hold something and they’ll rotate up on their own.
