I'm looking into getting a Maverick Tremor, I really would like it to look like the one that's pictured, the post it's on says it's a 2in Rough Country, so I'm assuming it's a 2in puck kit. With that being said, will these things handle a 3in lift and tires fine? If it's more trouble than it's worth, I'll order a non-Tremor and lower it like I originally intended before I saw this truck. If it is feasible what all would be required to make it work great as a daily driver? And would it even be comfortable to drive?

Just to add, I don't care that milage will probably be 20mpg or less. Or that there are more capable trucks of being lifted/lowred. I just like it. I already have a low car though, I want a lifted daily.

Prepare for CV axle issues if you put a lift on it. I had the RC 2inch strut kit on my FX4 with 245/65R17 Baja Boss ATs. It lasted about 6 months before CV axle problems. Some people haven't had issues, but if you go 3 inch kit you are more likely to have problems. I now have a Tremor which I love with the same tires. I don't feel the lift is as necessary for the same look on the Tremor. I am surprised that someone hasn't developed some more heavy duty CVs for the Maverick yet. They would sell like hotcakes!!

Interesting that you're on the fence between a lifted Tremor with 32" tires or a lowered Maverick... clearly you're after a Maverick and modifications based on aesthetics, and that's great! I would expect a lifted Tremor on large AT/MTs to get sh*t mileage relative to all other Mavericks, I'd sooner get a Colorado trail boss for about the same price and get the same mileage, with more off-road capabilities, I wouldn't be so as concerned about the CV's as the Tremor axles are apparently far more robust and beefy than other Mavericks... I have a hybrid with 1'' level kit with 36k miles, no CV problems, get 42mpg with 30" mild AT's and it blew me away how capable it is for a FWD truck, Ive driven it on sandy beaches and some dirt roads in Baja and it did great with traction control off and tires aired down to 15psi. If you have no interest in the MPG of the hybrid, want the more powerful turbo and a fun daily I'd hold out a bit longer based on the rumors of the new 2025 "street truck" maverick which could be factory lowered and more powerful version ala ST. I love my XL hybrid as a daily, I get about 600 miles on a tank, had zero issues so far, its surprisingly quick when you need it to be, it was cheap, and its capable for mild dirt roads with decent tires.
