Will Mavericks continue their sales hot streak even after they are now 25% more expensive? Also what will happen to used Maverick prices?

It will most likely affect the value of the ‘25’s as the ‘MY24 will not increase as all of them are already in the country, and thus, will be unaffected by the new tariffs. Contrary to what was said in Washington, tariffs are paid at the time of importation not at the time of the retail sale or when manufactured. Will Mavericks continue their sales hot streak even after they are now 25% more expensive? Canada just announced a 25% tariff on US goods. Not good for autos…It will most likely affect the value of the ‘25’s as the ‘MY24 will not increase as all of them are already in the country, and thus, will be unaffected by the new tariffs. Actually, it will be dealers who will be hurt first then the consumer.
100% agree with you and not just for autos. We live in a global supply chain.Canada just announced a 25% tariff on US goods. Not good for autos…

I just saw a 2024 Mustang on the showroom floor the other week, and it was 78% USA/Canada content. So, does this mean we can expect a tariff hit to the Mustang now?
I figure the as yet unbuilt ones will languish while the ones on the lots will sell and the used ones will increase in value. Will Mavericks continue their sales hot streak even after they are now 25% more expensive? Also what will happen to used Maverick prices?
