Made some changes to my steelies

Keeping to the theme of keeping the build cheap I made some changes to my wheels. I just can’t make up my mine to keep the chrome or paint the trim rings black too. Also added some tailgate letters but that’s pretty common now days.

As long as you’re happy with them. You’ve elevated the design a bit and made it look custom. I’d personally put winter tires on the steelies and buy a budget $500 set of wheels from tire rack and swap the Conti’s over. You’ll be happier when you turn around to look at the truck as you lock it in a parking lot.

Like the retro look! I may paint mine black or powder coat them. Do u have a link where u purchased the rings?

I got them off EBay, they are the 1 3/4” wide.

I think the center cap and trim ring both black would look good! Been waiting to see someone do that combo.

I actually really like the steelies on these. I optioned mine with the silver XLT wheels, but Fifteen52 has a wheel that looks a lot like a steelie that I may change to
