Mabett Side Marker Lights

I have a 2025 Maverick Lariat Hybrid with 2500 mi. that I bought new in 2/25. I really liked the look of the latest version of Mabett side marker lights so I received same and attempted installation with enclosed terrible instructions. I also didn’t notice that Amazon DID NOT recommend this product for 2025 LARIAT! All went good until the left running light failed to function. Everything else works. I traced the problem to the headlight bypass connector and so I didn’t use it but connected the headlight to the factory connection. Anyone with more experience know why and if it’s safe to run like this?

Typical junk that they sell. You get a 50 50 chance that the junk they continue to sell will work. If it does work then how long before it fails.

I just returned mine to Amazon today as per Mabett rep. on MTC who wrote that they are starting to develop a product for the Lariat, etc.. Don’t hold your breath when China is involved!

Looks like the V 2.0 are in now.
(Amazon.ca list 2025 Lariat)
Ordered mine on July 20 and installed on the 30th.
Doesn't appear to be any issues, everything working as it should.

Passenger side door clipped the marker just slightly when opening the door, but there is room to move the clips on the plastic tabs.
Adjust the clips as needed. I needed to move the clips about 1/16".
**Remember to remove the old clips from the fender.

Center area is black, not chrome.

I have to agree with you, on the new version I like the black center more than the chrome.

Sorry, the side marker description on Amazon Canada might not be updated yet. Based on recent feedback, this version may still not be a perfect fit for the 2025 Lariat. We do have a solution in the works and it's currently being tested. I’ll send you a DM to learn more about your situation.
