The count resets each model year. The N in the NRAXXXXX vin means it's a 22. Yours is a 23 so will read PRAXXXXX, skipping O to avoid confusion between O's and 0's.

I just noticed that my VIN for the Maverick going into production (Nov 28, 2023) is XXXXXXXXXXXA07936 (that's a cut and paste from the email). From what I have gathered from posts in this club, I thought the last 6 digits started with 'A' for the first 100,000 and 'B' for the second 100,000. Making my converted MY22-MY23 order from the first 10,000 of the first 100,000 Mavericks. . . huh?

I don't know what to think about that low A07936 serial number so late in the game. . . Could Ford have assigned that VIN at the time of the order (Oct 23rd, 2021), even then, there were more ahead of my order. . . . had to be.

Does anybody have an explanation?
I got my window sticker late Friday afternoon. VIN is xxxxxxxxxPRA00722 so it's very low. I have a "Build Week" of 11-21 and a "Build Day" of 11-24. My build is #644 of 1072 units for the week so that calculates out to be one of the first 2023 units because Monday and Tuesday they are still building 2022 Mavericks. I've seen the VIN numbers all over so you should check your account this Friday to see if you have a Window Sticker. You should see the status change from "Scheduled" to "In Production" before the Sticker is available. I found the best place to check is https://ordertrack.app/ (thanks to a member of this forum).

Note: You will most likely NOT get an email from Ford until it's built.
