Not had this issue, but after the most recent update the disconnects are much worse than they ever were and Pandora with Android Auto decided it want to play two songs at the same time today... That was fun and definitely not distracting at all...

This happened to me just now. I put my 3 small kids 5-8 in the back seat, turned on the truck, and BAM! it was insanely loud and it freaked out all 3 kids. I turned off the truck and pulled them all out and shut the door.

The noise went on for about 5+ minutes and eventually stopped. I opened the door and BAM noise came through again so I shut the door and came in the house to check on the kids. I went back and opened the door and no noise so I decided to power on the truck. Everything seems to be back to normal.

It sounds like the dealership will be no help at all... Not sure if it's worth calling them. They did just apply that latest software update when I took it in for a recall on July 13th.

Hi there! Would you send us a private message with your VIN and dealership name and location? I’d like to look into this concern on my end.

That is such a waste of time. You asked me to send you the info in a private message and I did along with the video. after wasting all this time and tracking you empty promises, i just read the response from your "Ford Social Media Team - Candace" very useless . here is the latest :
---------------------------------------

Thank you for clarifying, Terry. We recommend that your vehicle be inspected by Aaron Ford to determine the cause of any symptoms your vehicle may be experiencing. Aaron Ford has factory-trained technicians, the most current engineering service information, and the specialized equipment required to resolve your vehicle concerns. If there is no coverage under applicable warranties, recalls, or ESPs, repairs and services would be your responsibility. Your next step is to make an appointment with Aaron Ford to have your vehicle diagnosed.

Here is my response to you and her:

This is the most irresponsible, incompetent, and disappointing customer support answer anyone can expect!!! I had already specified in my initial description and along the way that I had already spoken to Aaron Ford and sent them the same video and information. They had no idea what is causing it other than say that it is a manufacturing issue!
I will never buy Ford again, I will never recommend Ford to anyone!

I had this happen to my 2023 Lariat one time immediately after starting it. Shut it off, re-started it and all was well. Likely about a year ago.
