As the description says, just looking for recommends on a weight distribution hitch. I'll be buying a new camper soon and will fall somewhere around 3500, just want to not kill anyone out there. 😁

also, mirrors, ive towed pretty frequently with my maverick, and the one gripe ive always had was that the mirrors are too narrow. Anyone use those amazon clip on deals? they look kinda dumb, but if it allows me to see around the trailer, I don't care what it looks like.

thanks in advance, ill leave a few pics of mine.

WDH is not recommended with the Maverick.

However, you can put air bags in the rear springs for a little more than $100 and 30 minutes of effort to help level the ride and greatly attenuate bouncing when going over RR tracks, speed bumps, etc.

If you don't want to kill anyone out there, as you stated in your original post, then perhaps look into why WDH are not recommended for the mav (a unibody truck). Seems counterintuitive to claim your desire is for safety reasons and then "hand wave away" when someone tells you your plan is literally not recommended for the mav due to it being a unibody truck.

Not recommended by the manufacturer of many unibody vehicles, including Ford when it comes to the Maverick. Go ahead and read the Ford Towing Guide if you dont beleive me. I was not aware I needed to provide sources. But here you go. Just one example of this specific question and answer.

You posted on a forum. If you aren't willing to accept people giving you their thoughts, feedback, experience, and opinions on your plans, you are going to have a bad time around here..... No need to be so hostile. I'm certainly not.

You are obviously very immature. I recommend not checking with MTC folks. They will tell you what they think regardless of your attitude.
