Last Boks Truck Bed Storage Box installed

So I have been looking for a way to haul groceries and other lighter items in the back of my Maverick and I came across this solution last Friday and ordered myself one of these Last Boks storage boxes.

I believe this is the perfect solution for me at least. It’s light weight and slides forward and back easily. It has adjustable straps on each side that hold the box from sliding too far forward. It’s made in Illinois USA.

This is not for bricks and heavy construction material. It’s great for groceries and even propane tanks but I would not go heavier than a couple full tanks maybe three.

Made for the Maverick the inside area is around 42” wide, 20” deep and the front wall about 10” tall. I called them and they are doing a 15% off promotion for Black Friday which is the price they gave me and they told me outside of that they will give 10% off to MTC members any time. I agree. Attachment points would be a plus. I have not used it since I put it in.

I do like the simplicity and it slides out on to the tailgate for ease of loading and unloading. It gives you more room than what is available if you just have a 2x6 in vertical slot.
