Well I order the Gator SFX from RealTruck. It was a little cheaper then the other one. Ordered it Thursday was delivered Saturday.

Found this useful mod for those with the Kikito or similar cover with the bungee strap. Just add a key ring for easier strapping and removal

Yes, need seals if you want it to be water tight.

I just finished watching this. It looks great. Let us know if you ever need to install the weather stripping.
