Key Fob Inoperable

OP here. Truck is six weeks old with a 4/24 build date. If the battery was low, why did it continue to work properly after that one event? As I was parked in our local park, I doubt it was interference. No electronics near. As others have stated, I suspect some wonky programming...

Same thing has happened to me twice. First time, I used the key to open the door, that set off the alarm. Second time it happened, I used the phone app. No other issues with the key fob since. Strange.

Tried the phone app today and none of the applications worked, lock, unlock, start vehicle. Never had that problem with my Buick.

I had an issue with one of my fobs and a new battery didn’t help either. Ford mobile service came out and reprogrammed it and all is good now.
