I really wonder if we are all going to be on the same train or not, since @jwiedle24 got the built email 2 weeks ago, @bentley72 got it one week ago, and I just got mine on Sunday night. I'm hoping my Mav gets that ticket to ride along!
Maybe that’s how they justify the large destination charge 😂

I got my official Ford 'shipped email' at 4:52am this morning. I'd be surprised if your truck isn't with ours...the tracker system is just wonky.

@RedRyder no date "stamped" on the blue bar tracker but at the bottom of the page it says ETA 3/13 and my shipped email shows 3/7-3/13 range, which is also what showed on my dealer's VVR this past Friday.

Mine is 3-25-22 still. Depending on where that trains final stop is could be the same train

Hmm maybe it’s on the same train but with so many other rail cars that the ETA reflects the order it will be picked up from a rail yard and delivered by truck?

I ask my sales guy to text me a screenshot. Took all 5 seconds to do. Tracking is pretty easy and fun to do. As of yesterday my railcar was in Avon Indiana. Shipped 2/12. Neat to see the route it’s taking to get to central Florida. I’ve learned quite a bit about rail transportation. Have always loved trains. Would love to see the rail yards in East St Louis. From satellite pictures it looks impressive.
Hope you guys get your Mavericks soon!

Great. I’m sure the route is different for all outbound trains but my railcar was very close to Indianapolis yesterday evening and that’s only 11 days on the train. That’s not far from Cincinnati. I bet you Ohio guys see your Mavericks about a week + before the early ETA.

FYI:

One very important thing to note and this was on the original thread
“Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person please hang up. The railcar information we are provided by is given as a courtesy and if we call live personnel we may lose the access and ability to track”

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.
