I'd used sharper words, but I don't think that would be nice.

Just got off the phone with my salesman, he still cant find out where my truck is once it was sent back to Ford from the "body shop" 7 days ago. It has not updated in Ford's system that they can see.

At this point I can only believe it's been stolen and they are rush building me a new one so nobody will find out.

At this point, I'll believe anything they tell me, if they would tell me something at all!

7 days. My dealers last updat was 10/24. It went into production on 10/22 with a blend date of 10/13.

The body shop in a auto factory is probably referring to the portion of the assembly plant that welds raw metal together to form the body of the vehicle.
